What size artwork can you make?

Well, unlimited (almost). Shoot me an email to discuss. Typical prints are
12.5 inches wide with varying lengths.

Typical framed work is 20.5 inches x 20.5 inches in length (dependent on
work selected)

Are these limited edition prints?

Yes. The print runs are less then 100 and are hand-signed.

How is the work produced?

Printed on a 7-ink professional printer with highest museum-quality velvet fine art paper and archival inks

What kind of frames and mattes do you use?

The frames are white, with a hint of the high-quality birch grain revealed.
The mattes are brilliant white, acid-free, archival quality.

I joined your mailing list. Is my info safe?

I don't sell your info off. My updates will be monthly at the most. I don't update you to tell you that I just ate an amazing burger.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order. However, if you do have a PayPal account, payment can be sent directly from your account.

How fast will I receive my order?

For Canadian and US orders you should typically receive your unframed print order within 5-10 business days. Framed work will be 10-13 business days. International orders will be dealth with on individual basis to ensure most expedient delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

$15 Canadian. International orders are $30.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has already been placed?

Yes. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since I try to turnaround your order in a timely manner, it might be difficult to catch the changes before your items are shipped. But no worries. If you have a change, please contact me and we can absolutely help. If your order has already shipped, we’ll send you instructions on how to return it.

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Parachute purchase, so you may return or exchange items within 10 days of the date of purchase. If you need to return an order, simply email me and request a return. Please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by LouisCohen.ca.
